Under the direction of Mamby Mawine, the Compagnie Djarama is an international success. Their creations have toured through 35 countries in Africa, Europe, America, and Asia.

"wide awake" – 11th international theater festival for young audiences

From May 17 to 25, the Helios Theater invites productions for young audiences from around the world to Hamm and the surrounding area to create memorable theater experiences. Every two years, at "wide awake", international artists gather to bring theater for all to the stage. Since 2002, the festival has created space for encounters and exchange.
