The mouth is a body part that is both fun and varied – as one can see and hear. In an interplay of voice, percussion, and movement, the percussionist and musician Kristof Hiriart makes use of the diverse possibilities that the mouth as an instrument offers. The piece "Mokofina" reveals the great musical potential of our mouth to the youngest audience members. In an environment with warm light that invites listening, the artist takes us on a journey of sound.

"Wide Awake" – 11th International Theatre Festival for Young Audiences

From May 17 to 25, the Helios Theater invites productions for young audiences from all over the world to Hamm and the surrounding area to create memorable theatre experiences. Every two years, "Wide Awake" brings together international artists to present theatre for all on stage. Since 2002, the festival has created space for encounters and exchange.
