The Compagnia Teatro Al Vacío was founded in 2007 by dancers José Agüero and Adrián Hernández in Mexico. Their focus is on the development of theater productions for children. "wide awake" – 11th International Theatre Festival for Young Audiences

From May 17 to 25, the Helios Theater invites productions for young audiences from around the world to Hamm and the surrounding area to create memorable theatre experiences. Every two years, "wide awake" brings together international artists to present theatre for all on stage. Since 2002, the festival has created a space for encounters and exchange.
