“Peel it back” is a line from their 1994 song “March of the pigs.” This song can be found on the quintessential album of this band: “The Downward Spiral” – a chunk of deeply tragic, drug-fueled introspection, whose most important piece, “Hurt,” was even covered by Johnny Cash and suddenly celebrated worldwide across genres.
