Two strong female voices dominate the concert at the Vortex. Alongside the singer of Dark Shadows, Brigitte Handley - who combines old-school wave and classic psychobilly sounds with power pop punk - there is also Leah Lane, front woman of the band Rosegarden Funeral Party. The group from Dallas/Texas is visiting Germany with their mix of post-punk sound and melodic goth rock for only three performances - one of which is at the Siegen music club Vortex.
