State repression, displacement and flight, arriving in a foreign land: With her poems, Lina Atfah takes us on a journey - sometimes joyful and sad, sometimes full of comedy, sometimes bitter and hopeful.
Atfah reads in Arabic and German as part of the "Aufbrüche" festival. Afterwards, the audience is encouraged to tickle their fingers and write themselves - at least that's what the announcement says. It is clear: Whoever wants to may gladly pick up a pen and paper afterward.
