Elsa Artmann has created a work on feeling, dance, and care work. In "Service and Feeling," performers attempt to feel intensely and to evoke emotions.
The basis for the performance was conversations between the artists and people in caregiving roles. The performers try to feel intensely and evoke emotions – in a montage of dance, music, and language, the piece brings together working and everyday realities shaped by more or less successful emotional management.
