The Düsseldorf Tonhalle celebrates the Schumanns – and sends the composer couple throughout the entire city area. Here are all the dates.
30 events are planned at 13 locations, including symphony concerts, song evenings, chamber music, but also jazz and club music – the focus is therefore not only on the Romantic period and the music of Robert and Clara Schumann.
The skyline concerts are expected to be spectacular again: music will be performed on the top floors of skyscrapers. For the first time, the Jazz-Schmiede will participate. On June 15, the Junge Deutsche Philharmonie will play works by Japanese and American composers under the title "Evergreen?", which deal with our relationship with nature – afterwards, there will be a picnic in the Malkastenpark.
