Running with the session president: Managed to take off at the Frühschoppen at 7 PM, re-elected with 104 percent at the annual general meeting, and finally, the long-overdue promotion awaits in the job! In the Rhineland Carnival, Volker Weininger is known as "The Session President," the uncrowned king in the 0.2-liter sprint. Now he is setting out again with his slightly tipsy alter ego on the long-distance track and indulges in the "blackout" for an entire evening.

If only Volker Weininger knew where he put that pesky diploma that he still needs for the application! It must be in the box down in the basement bar; that's where he keeps everything: certificates, unpaid bills, documents, medals, photos, love letters, parking tickets, the first Kölsch glass for communion – basically his whole life. So the president sits down in his basement bar, pops a beer, and starts searching. And as he rummages through the box, suddenly all those stories and experiences come back to him, many of which he might have forgotten without the box: first day of school, first Kölsch, first kiss (all in one day!), wedding, children, the outings with the club, and of course, Hermann, his friend with the minimum intelligence life.

Even in his second solo program, Volker Weininger brings the Kölsch and the jokes one after another. As session president, he takes us on an biographical journey through his eventful life. Many believe that a man like him must have always been president. But that’s not true: until he was 5 years old, he was merely the 2nd chairman! And that’s just one of many surprising insights that the session president reveals about himself in a Kölsch manner. And it increases from beer to beer! He can't quite remember some things, blackout indeed. But luckily, there’s the box and a few witnesses who can help out. But where is that damn diploma now? It can't be gone!
