Book recommendation: Rasha Khayat's novel "I Will Not Return"
Rasha Khayat tells the story of a friendship that falls apart in her new novel. The author from Dortmund is traveling for some readings in North Rhine-Westphalia.
The Literature Quarter Festival is organized among others by the Proust bookstore, the research network Correctiv, and the magazine kultur.west. And because real trees are missing on Akazienallee, self-built ones are set up for book picking.
There are readings with Rasha Khayat ("I am not coming back"), with Ines Habich-Milovic ("Your father has pockets full of cherries") or Feridun Zaimoglu, who brings his novel "Son without Father". In addition, cultural institutions and associations are invited to present themselves – the Ruhrtriennale will also be there.
