In the portrait: The "Delta Essen" in the former Krupp factory halls

MusicClubsEssen
From techno to pop – at the "Delta Essen" there is something for almost every taste. A "Garden of Eden" is just as much a part of the area of the extensive disco as a "crypt".

In the former Krupp factory halls in Essen, "Mudia Art" was launched in the mid-nineties. The disco quickly became well-known beyond the regional area in its industrial setting, where often slightly risqué shows took place. In 2006, "Delta Essen" benefited from this, stepping into the footsteps of "Mudia". Prices were lowered and the audience became younger. What remained is the variety of programs, which is spread over several halls: The range extends from house and techno to afrobeats and German rap to schlager.
